Went in with no expectations, went out blown away.
Like I said, I had a couple of hours to kill and I went in to see this movie mostly because I knew nothing about it and all of the others had a bad rep. This is not a triple A movie by any means, but its mixture of comedy, drama, awkwardness and suspense will keep you on the edge of your seat for 2 hours straight. I can't remember the last time I laughed this much at a movie. It tackles most modern clichés of Bucharest life (which are pretty much similar to most eastern European cities), it has its feet on the ground but at the same time it doesn't take itself too seriously and the immersion is almost unbroken for the whole run time. Not all the actors perform perfectly, but the main cast has an incredibly natural delivery, even on the cheesy lines. All in all if you're looking to have fun and lighten up your evening, I strongly suggest you see this in the theater, movies like this deserve support.
