Katthi (Raj Tarun) is an aimless guy, who fails his intermediate examinations. He falls in love with the intermediate examinations topper Parineetha (Avika Gor), who is the daughter of a government official, Somanath (Rao Ramesh), who is a very strict father. He finds out about Katthi, and immediately rejects him, but then relents. However, it isn`t that easy, because Somanath has set a test for Katthi. If he passes, then he can spend the rest of his life with Parineetha!
