In this feature mockumentary, Borat (Sacha Baron Cohen) hits the road to explore America as the crude Kazakstani reporter. Borat and faithful producer Azamat (Ken Davitian) have been sent by the Kazakh Ministry of Information to gain a better understanding of American culture and bring their findings back home. The duo sets their eyes on New York City, but the citizens and interview subjects seem less receptive to Borat's distinctively unrestrained approach. The curious Kazakh television personality then stumbles across an episode of Baywatch, while channel-surfing in his hotel room, and he becomes instantly smitten with screen siren Pamela Anderson. Borat is now convinced that he must make the bikini-clad beauty his bride. Borat and producer Azamat set out in a ramshackle ice-cream truck all the way to the sunny West Coast and on the way meet a variety of 'typical' Americans.
