The best man usually has a few tricks up his sleeve for the bachelor party, but in Bachelor Games, the groom has a deadly one of his own. Henry is getting married. So he rallies together his best man Leon, and his buddies Terence and Roy to head deep into the mountains of Argentina for an epic bachelor party trip. At their hotel in a remote village, they are surprised when Max, one of Henry's oldest friends, shows up unexpectedly. The guys drink heavily and get down to the usual bachelor party business. Everyone seems to be having a good time, except for a few nasty outbursts from Max, who seems a bit unhinged. The next day, despite warnings from locals about a spirit protecting the mountain, the guys set off hiking. Shortly into the hike that nobody but Henry really wants to be on, tempers fray, old feuds re-emerge, and Terence storms off. When the guys find his bloody shirt, they fear the worst. What actually happens is more terrifying than anyone - even Henry -could have imagined.

Scary / Funny thriller
Excellent film - really thrilling and funny too. If you're looking for a lads film this is definitely a good place to start (I say this as I was surprised I enjoyed it so much, not normally being a lads film sort of person). I actually think it's a bit of a genre buster - it sits between being funny and being a thriller which was pretty cool. Acting was good and some performances in particular laugh out loud funny. I was pretty spooked by the end as well! Equally thought it was brilliantly shot - the location was amazing and made me want to visit. Also, as far as bachelor parties go, this one has got to be the most epic! Well worth a watch - I'll be recommending to friends.
Very good movies
The original story of 5 friends who go on a weekend in the mountains of Argentina. The landscape of Argentina is perfect to install the good codes of the thriller. The staging is very realistic. Danger is not where they expect. All good thriller ingredients are combined : Suspense ,Humor, Fake tracks , Tensions, Traques , Manipulations . Film highly recommended . The actors are grandiose . Film to be watch , you will pass a good time.
A Really Thrilling Ride
The story of a group of lads out for a weekend of gentlemanly entertainment.... this story was never gonna be hard to make funny!! Superb film. Kept me on the edge of my seat though out the whole film. Great story, brilliantly acted and beautifully shot. If your up for a roller coaster of a film packed with jokes, twists and false trails this is the one for you. The English lads banter kept me laughing. Its great to see the actors really embody their characters. The DOP has made Argentina look unbelievable. I wanna go! All in all this movie is fun! Not too serious and a unique look at the lad culture in the UK.
You never see anything coming!
Such a brilliant film with superb acting and photography through out. What starts as a comedy, keeps you guessing and thinking as it twists into a darker murderous plot. You really can't predict this one - on the edge of your seat for the whole 1hr 27mins! You can tell that every second of this film has been conscientiously thought out. The cast work really well together, with dynamic performances from all. The location is very dramatic, which is paralleled brilliantly by the choice of music. In this way, from start to finish, you're really taken on a journey. It's refreshing to see such a unique twist on the whole 'bachelor party' theme. I look forward to seeing future films by this production company!
Loads of laughs and thrills
My gf watched this as she's a fan of the guy from Nashville. Thought I was in for a painful evening. But it was actually pretty good and Jack Doolan is in it and I always like him. He's bloody funny in this - best thing in it for sure - although the guy the played Roy was good too. Nice to see a movie where the guys actually feel like a bunch of real mates for once. It's set in Argentina and that made a change from stag p**s-ups in eastern Europe. Epic mountains, looked beautiful. I don't want to spoil the twist but from then on it turns into a thriller and there are some big jumps but mostly it was just a good laugh. A movie for a night in with a few beers.
