The worst piece of garbage ever made
I have seen lots and lots of bad movies. I have seen Plan 9 From Outer Space. No problem there. I have seen Santa Claus Conquers the Martians. Piece of cake. I've seen The Amazing Bulk. I have seen Baby Geniuses 2. These are nothing compared to Toni. This movie reaches the absolute bottom of the garbage pile. There is nothing of worth in this movie. There is no artistic value. There is no enjoyment. There is no character to relate to. There is nothing to laugh at. The only emotion you will feel is frustration. There is no way for me to describe how terrible this really is. I wish there was something lower than one star. This movie doesn't even deserve to exist. If time travel is ever invented, the first mission back in time should be to stop the making of this movie. Some movies are so bad that they end up being entertaining. Not Toni. Not even for a second. It's just garbage. Everyone involved in the making of this movie should be punished severely for their crimes.
Not even worth anything here.
I found that the acting ability lacked in ALL areas imaginable. If I were to pick one single actor from this waste of film for an award, I would choose the dog. Sad thing is, I'm not even sure if there had been a dog in this film. I had been projected into boredom within the first 5 minutes. I wasn't able to shut this movie down fast enough, for fear that it's slowness and lack of luster would create an adverse effect to my system. My original review was just plain and simply "It made me want to hurl", but apparently, IMDb felt that was right to the point and wanted more lines to truly express my dissatisfaction for this movie.
